<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n In 2014, the Ministry of Tourism published a digital version of the story “Ecuador maravilloso cuentos, paisajes y comida” (Ecuador’s Marvelous Stories, Landscapes, and Food) on its website, aiming to consolidate Ecuador’s gastronomic identity. This publication encourages children and youth to playfully learn about and understand the iconic dishes of the country.
